I am doing a website for my multimedia apps class. My website is over the basics of lifting. It covers how to train each muscle group for bodybuilding with exercises included. It also has information on how to get into powerlifting in general and ways to improve as fast as possible. Along with both of those things this website also shows what good nutrition is and what your macros should be for your specific goals.
The reason that I chose this topic for my website is I want to help any beginners progress faster than I did by not making the mistakes I made by providing good information. This website has everything a beginner needs to know when starting out in fitness it even has a work out program in it so people have something to follow when first getting into lifting. I am hoping that I can get more people interested in lifting and live a healthy life with this website.
